Challenge An established online furniture retailer expanded their operation at the new Deep Water port in Essex by the leasing and development of 350,000 ft2 of new warehousing over two phases, with the first phase complete by August 2021 and the second in April 2022. The client needed technical support in compiling validated asset lists with numeric labelling and updating onto the Concept CAFM system. The client also needed the development and implementation of a fully integrated FM contract which was market tested through PQQ, RFP and Preferred Bidder documentation.
