This investigates the impact and realisation of any of the risks identified or any unanticipated incidents will have on the client’s business.

  • Level 1 – These are primary functions and support functions that are critical to the organisation.
  • Level 2 – These are secondary tasks that are very important but not so vital to recover as an extremely urgent need.
  • Level 3 – These are tasks that are valuable to the organisation in routine operations but can be suspended for several days in a crisis.
