Richard Pugh
Director
Richard is an experienced and professional business relocation consultant and project manager of over 35 years, having worked on UK and international relocations in most industry sectors. He brings a wealth of experience especially in the preparation of highly confidential strategic plans for business move projects: relocation, transformation, resizing and cross border.
He has dealt with projects of all sizes ranging from a few people to hundreds. Establishing professional partnerships across many disciplines so if we don’t have an answer, we know the experts who do.

David Wheeler
Director
David is an industry recognised facilities management professional, he has over 30 years’ experience in the facilities and property industry specialising in all areas of Real Estate and FM including: Facilities Management Solution’s,
M & A, Specification and Validation, Performance Audits, Risk Assessment, Maintenance output, Relationship development and maximisation and is a practitioner and advocate for the “Clients for Life” process.
With expertise in all areas of business and contract management, mobilisation, strategic change & project management with experience that spans both Public and Private sectors.
